are my hens sick? (pink and black poop)

The backyard has been scattered with this poop and it looks different. The white part is tinted with pink and the brown part is a blackish-grey color. Are they sick? Should i treat them with anything?

Here is a link to a chart with pictures of normal and abnormal poop. Pink could be shed intestinal lining, which is normal. Could also be something in their diet - red berries perhaps... a little more information about their living arrangements and diet might help others figure out what is causing this. http://www.chat.allotment.org.uk/index.php?topic=17568.0
