Are my hens sick?

Hi,

Background: I have 13 BO hens and 1 BO roo. They are about 6 months old.

I went to put the girls to bed tonight and I heard some of them squeaking (I guess that is a chickens sneeze) and a few honking.
I am a first time chicken owner so I was wondering if this could mean something.

They are laying well, combs are all nice and red, energy level is great. Should I be concerned?

I'm not sure about the squeeking, but the honking is normal. Lots of folks on here have been startled by their pullets sounding like geese. My BO did it when she was young. It passes. They can make a wide variety of noises that are "normal."
