Are my ladies getting sick?

I have noticed that my girls occasionally make a sound like a sneeze/cough. They are 16 weeks old. They all seem to be active except for one. She's quiet today, eyes look heavy. She's puffed up. The temp outside is 69F with a cool breeze.

Should I be worried?...I am trying not to be overprotective - I'm a "new chicken mom"

My birds occasionally make a sneezing type noise, kinda like a squeaky sneeze. Are your birds eating and pooing normally? Are their eyes looking normal or watery? If you are concerned about the one who is puffed up, could you isolate her somewhere and just watch her symptoms, if she has any? I am sure someone will have better advice than me, good luck.

They have been eating and their poop is formed not runny. My quiet one has clear eyes, but heavy. I dont think she has eaten lately. I felt her crop - it is small and soft.
