Are my quail eggs alive?

You should always turn them an odd number of times a day. So either 3 or 5. That is so the embryo doesn't lay on the same side for several nights in a row. Are they Japanese or Coturnix? Japanese are also called button quail
They were labelled japanese and thank you for the Information

How would I know if they have fallen apart and decomposed would it look bloody inside
There would be a blood ring, and weird slushy stuff. It would look very confusing in there, and there would be no veins, just a ring

You also need to put them into lockdown on day 14. You won't see much in there anymore now, they are growing rapidly and preparing to hatch.

Here are some dead egg examples

Your's look great to me. I think you are just over thinking it a bit. I was very anxious and worried my first few hatched too. Be sure to update in a couple days and when they hatch :) :pop
