Are my quails broody?

I know the title doesnt give much info, but im looking to see if my quails may be broody. I have them in a large aviary, with tall grass, a couple plants, and pots and houses to take shelter in. They make spots in the grass where they sit all the time, usually under the grasses that get too tall and lean. But they've sort of teamed up and decided to lay all of their eggs in one spot (except for one lady, who has her own little place). They've been trying this for a while, and they'll switch spots every now and then. When i went out to collect the eggs i watched them for a bit, and when they walk past the eggs they seem to look to make sure they are still there. Even my roosters seem to check too. And ive seen them sit on them before. And with the other nest that just one lady lays her egg in, she seems to notice when i take it. So can a whole flock go broody? And will everyone take part in incubating and caring for the chicks?
