First time hatching outside of a broody I'm stressed already and the eggs aren't even here yet!

Hovabator 2362N forced air. Bottom has been sealed with pure silicone (months ago) for easier eventual cleanup.

I'm noticing such a consistent difference between thermos and hygros! Do these numbers look OK? Should I be concerned or adjust anything?

Planning on doing a dry incubation (humidity kept between 25% and 35% for first 18 days, and 65ish for lockdown) with a mix of BCM, Olive Eggers, and those fancy new Silkied Ameraucanas from Jubaby. Should be a full 'bator with at least 40 eggs.

Egg-o-Meter thermo from Incubatorwarehouse.com
SpotCheck thermo from Brinesea in a homemade water wiggler.
Caliber III from Western Humidor (made for cigar humidors).
Digital thermo/hygro from Incubatorwarehouse.com

Forced air.

Temp should be steady at 99.5

Humidity day 1-18 25% to 35%

Hum. Lockdown 65% (with spikes as the chicks hatch)

So where the temps are now is fine then? Do you think it is safe to use the averaged numbers for both temps and humidity?

Do I need the egg temp at 99.5 or the ambient temp at 99.5?

Egg temp... 99.5, should be same as ambient temp after 24 hours of eggs in the bator. I warm my eggs up slowly over 12 hours under lights in a closet in cartons before I put them in the bator so it doesn't take the bator so long to stabalize.

WOW!!! You're hatching my "dream hatch"!!! I'm looking to buy a bator within the next week or so and hatch out the same thing! Hope all goes well! I've read great things about the "Dry Method"....I have my first batch of eggies in the bator right now and initially my friends bator spiked to 114 degrees when we put them in and finally after three hours of hovering around 104 it did settle in to 99!!! Then all was great for a whole week and then BAM!!! a power outage while my friend was a work and couldn't get back home to the bator!!! The dag thing went down to 70degrees for 3 hours!!!! But...I say all of that to say this.....We just candled last night and.....4 BABIES are growing!!!!! That's really great I think out of 8 eggs and all of the ups and downs!!! Sooo....take a deep breath....and PRAY!!!!

You're doing all you can and the rest is totally out of your control! Blessings,Keri
