Are our PM's really private?

I an just curious. Do we really have total privacy?

From the rules page
* Private messages via our forum can not be accessed by other members or the moderators. The administrator may review private messages if problems arise (for example, if members are reported as spamming via PM's)

Just for clarification, Nifty is the only one who is able to read PMs and trust me, he doesn't want to.
