Are our silkies depresessed??

My silkie, D.P, decided she wanted to be with my polish so she squeezed through the fence and got in with them. Maybe she thinks their related to her.

So both silkies got haircuts--and I do think it's made a difference! The one had this total look of wonder on her face, like "I can see!!" She just craned her neck all around, looking in all directions. This is all the more noticeable, since she usually kept her head low to the ground. I must say I feel pretty stupid . . . poor girls! Thanks, everyone, for the tips!

Gidday, dont feel bad, I bet alot of silky owners here DONT give them haircuts as they show them, I give mine a mohawk cut!!
Mikey holds them in his lap with a big sheet over him to avoid the feather fuzz getting all over him and we trim them one by one!! I love to see the happy looks on their faces when they can see again!!
