Are pears OK?

Hi all,
I checked through the treats list and didn't see pears mentioned. Is it OK to give pears/pear peelings to my chickies?

Mine love them!!! I have 2 pear trees and they get most of the pears. I throw some in the pen whole and they go to town on them. It looks pretty funny to see just the peel and core left. They just eat around the core.

Thanks for the quick reply! I had already cut some up and mixed in with their oatmeal--then I thought about whether they were good or not!

Oatmeals cooled off now and its time for the feast!

I have free range chickens and a pear treethat is dropping pears alover the ground. they are eating them . i hope its ok
