Pekins, Rouen, or Cayuga for mallard breeds. Muscovies have a completely different flavor, leaner and more pork-like, and are really good foragers. Depends on what you prefer.
Cayugas are a tad skinnier than some, I've found.. still probably good eating. Most ducks are pretty chunky.
I haven't processed any, though.

We get -40, but not those 35* temperatures. :sick
I detest heat, to put it mildly.
The most snow we've gotten in 3 years. It was gone by mid morning. Gotta love beach life.

that's false. broccoli and other vegetables have more than enough protein. i know it's hard to accept that you are harming animals and i'm sure you will understand once you acquire enough information

As a former moderator here, I can guarantee you are violating the rules of the forum on many posts you've made recently. Please remember not everyone lives the way you do nor has your opinions. (and yes, some folks are allergic to some vegetables)
