depends on how much time you put into taming either one. I'v seen crazy pigeons and friendly guineas and vice versa.

From my experience, pigeons are alot easier to tame than guinea fowl. Honestly, i have never seen a "tame" guinea.

Some breeds are tame enough to eat from your hand, such as fantails and show type pigeon breeds, Flying breeds tend to be more mild. I had one that would fly to your shoulder.
