Are pink/red legs normal on a rooster? Or is this something else?

This is a picture of my Production Red rooster.

Only the roosters have this, my hens don’t. Is it because their legs are light in color or is this what people call scaly mites?

I have 4 roosters with light colored legs and for the most part all their legs look like this, but my hens who have roughly the same color legs don’t have this.

Is this normal or something that needs to be treated? Thank you!

Did you just start noticing it in the roosters as the seasons change? Someone will correct me if I'm wrong because I don't keep roosters on my property past their "puberty" lol, but I think I remember being told that their legs will get red due to testosterone increase. Since you're seeing it in all of your roosters and not the hens that's the first thing I thought of.

Yes, it was around the time the hens started to lay again after their molting season. I figured it was frostbite or something because other than their legs they all look healthy. I’ll keep an eye on them.
