Are porcelain eggs giving my broody hen false hope?

She's broody because she wants/needs to hatch chicks. The fact that eggs are under her only encourage that, even if they're fake
How do you break a broody hen. Two of my Seramas are frequently broody and the other two aren't. After having to place large babies (from chicks available locally), I finally just took the eggs away. What should I do next time?

Put them in an open bottom cage for at least a week. Don't let them build a nest and if possible, elevate it to cool them down. Took my sebrights about 2 weeks before they quit last time
