Are quails allowed in cities where chickens are not

I'm almost positive the answer is no. I have been selling, raising and breeding chickens for 3 years. Someone snitched on me and i was told by the city to get rid of my chickens. I know am thinking of starting quail. What do you think?

I think you should check with the city.If you get 2 strikes with them they may make an example of you.

I would not only ask but I would also find the by-law or statute because I wouldn't put it past city officials to tell you no but the wording of the statute never refers to quail.
