Are RIR eggs suppost to be this small? *Pics*

Yesterday she layed one that was SUPER big, then ate it

but today I was watching her

and she layed one.. on my hand

But anyhow, it was SUPER tiny.. here are some pictures. And, is it suppost to be THAT dakrish brown?

Now.. RIR egg compaired with my EE's egg.

RIRs do lay a darker brown egg than many other brown egg layers. If she's young and just starting to lay, then yes, the egg size can vary for a while.
