Hi! The eggs should hatch in 21 days (but don't be surprised if they hatch at Day 19 or Day 20).
I would remove the roo just to be safe, but honestly, I've never had a Serama hen go seriously broody and always artificially incubate my Ser' eggs.
The roo might be fine with the hen tending chicks or he might see them as a threat/annoyance and who-knows-what-goes-on-in-a-chicken-mind.
I think I've read Serama roos tend to be attentive parents, but never proved it here.
