I brought some eggs home from West Virginia for two of my chickens and the day before I left I candled the eggs I had collected that day and there were no air cells in them so I candled the eggs that my uncle said he had collected a couple days ago and since they had air cells I went with them. After I had gotten home I did some reading and looked at some candling pictures and read that the air cell should not be there the first day of incubation so now I am mad at myself for not bringing home the eggs that I had collected the day before I left and also worried that the eggs won't hatch. I will post pictures tomorrow but for now, do any of you think the eggs will be ok?

All eggs that aren't scrambled in the shell have air cells. When they are very very fresh the air cells are generally dime sized in standard eggs and can be hard to see. The bigger the air cell the older the egg generally is. Eggs less than 15 days old have a decent chance to hatch. Eggs less than 10 days old even better but your best hatches generally come from eggs 7 days old and younger.
Your eggs are likely in the 4-7 day area and should be fine for incubating.

They should be fine. Some times you can't see the air cell. Eggs can stay fresh enough for hatching for three weeks. Was there a rooster around the hens the eggs came from?

Thanks for the reassurance, I needed it. And yes, my aunt has 4 roosters and she is trying to rehome 2 because she only has 7 hens and 2 of the roosters are trying to harass them.
