Their nails are pretty big, your probably right

Do they live indoors? you see that alot on indoor ducks, outdoor ducks wear their nails down on rocks and dirt, you can trim and file duck nails the same as a dog, where you shine a light on them and make sure to never cut or file into the nails "quick"

Those scratches shouldn't be an issue, my own ducks have had cuts on their feet and they just naturally healed. But if your worried polysporin is safe to use on ducks

Good luck!

My ducks are going outside soon so I’m hoping it wears it down that way I’m afraid to cut them because they go crazy over everything plus I’m new to this duck stuff

If you have dog nail clippers those work well.
When I have to trim my chickens nails I wrap the hen in a towel so she cannot flap. That way I have enough control of the bird to lay them on my lap on their back and trim the nails.

Not trimming is not helping them. Just take a little at a time.

Getting them outside will help but won't fix what is there already.
