Are there any breeds you should not cross/breed?

I mainly have heritage breeds (RIRs, Australorps, Plymouth Rocks, Buff Orpington) and a few hybrid (Golden Comet, Red Star, Amberlink)

Are there any of these breeds you wouldn’t cross? If the hybrid hens had offspring would they be less productive/healthy? I was thinking about getting a Buff Orpington rooster due to their potentially more docile nature (I know it’s still no guarantee it will be docile lol)

Nope! All those breeds should be fine to cross
