What flavor of goose is that?

Some sort of cross? He has a small dewlap, which says Toulouse, a small knob, which says African or Chinese, and a partially orange bill, which could come from many varieties.

My guess is a Brown Chinese crossed with a Toulouse based on everything you mentioned and the body shape resembling a Toulouse.

While researching cell phone photography tips, I found one that suggested enabling grid lines. I wondered if my phone had them, so I checked, and sure enough, it does.

Mine has both grid lines and a level.

I keep it turned off.
