Granny's gone and done it again

Another question do you want ready made meals, something to cook yourself, or a mix?
I have frozen dinners sent to me every 2 weeks. I'm not happy w/ them. I cant stand long in the torture chamber. I despise cooking just for myself and Robert cant eat a lot of different things.

I'll give you a couple pf ideas: Dinty Moore stew, tomato Soup (to go with a grilled cheese sandwich), corned beef hash, a pound of hamburger meat that you can crumble up and fry to make more than 1 meal. I like to fry the hamburger with onion and garlic until it's almost done then add cubed potatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until the potatoes are done and slightly brown. serve with a green vegetable or tomato salad.
I have stuff for grilled cheese and tomato soup. Had corned beef hash a few days back hamburger and taters, No sauce or gravy? I wont say what I think about DM stew!! hahahaaa
Thank you

Cheese and plain biscuits with fruit platter and watered wine.
My mum likes this on her - not into eating days.
I like cheese and crackers w/ grapes. Last time I got grapes though it was like drinking water. No flavor at all.

It's rough cooking for just yourself. Did that a lot during my single days. Liked to stuff some chicken in my little crock pot and slow cook it. Baked potatoes and a veggie. Now DH likes beef and I can't eat beef or pork so I basically cook two different meals. One for him, one for me. Chicken and veggies or fish and veggies. Rice is good.

How about canned soups, @Granny Hatchet? Do you like hamburger helper or chicken helper? A box of that is multiple meals for you. Tysons makes breaded chicken patties and nuggets and there are a lot of frozen meals out there that maybe you could share with Robert. How about personal pan pizzas?

Well we made it through the afternoon. Pi slept most of the time but was sitting on my lap playing with me and DH off and on. The tiny dose of Tramadol seems to be helping her although she forgets sometimes and tries to put weight on her right foot then it's really heartbreaking to hear her crying. We plan to be at the vets bright and early tomorrow. I think this constitutes an emergency. I cannot believe the lack of emergency vets around here. the one I talked to do today was all the way down in Columbia about an hour-15 minutes away and there still isn't any guarantee we won't have to drive her down there anyway to the university veterinary hospital for treatment.

Pray for her guys, please, that she has a simple fracture injury and they can treat it here for her. She is a wonderful little bratty pup and we want her to be back to racing around causing trouble.ASAP
