To be honest yes. Let's just say I'd be making a sandwich in the kitchen and my dad nudges me out of the way so he can make it and tells me to go sit down on the couch and watch my show and ask if I want anything to drink. And if I ask for something we don't have, he'll go to the local super market and buy it.

My ex's parents did that too and I always thought that was strange. My dad would either be outside doing something and my mom would be in the kitchen or they would both be in the family room watching tv

I hate to hate on them, but yeah.. they don't spend a lot of time with us. My mom is usually always annoyed with us. She hates us talking. I try and go into her room and talk to them and they give me short answers. its a little frusterating
