Are there any sellers for hatching eggs that will include a USDA health certificate?

I think USDA is for only Eating Eggs, but not totally sure. Cuz when I sell eggs for eating I need to label them, cuz of our state regulation as Not Inspected By The Department.

I live in the Caribbean where the law just changed for me to order hatching eggs. Now they must come with a usda health certificate showing they are safe from at least avian flu in order to be allowed in my country.

Most breeders and hatcheries don't have one, unless you find a way ro order from a egg or meat farm. Are you sure it's a usda certificate and not an npip certificate?

It's NPIP certification. National Poultry Improvement Program.
