Are there Bantom Leghorns?

I bought, what looks like a leghorn rooster about a month ago. He is only 5 inches tall to the top of his head. He does not cluck has all his feathers and still peeps. I was told he was at least 6 weeks old when I got him. About the same time I got him I hatched a duckling and she is bigger than he is. He doesn't appear to be getting any larger. Are there Bantam leghorns?

When they are young, yes. I'm wondering if he is younger than you were told.

No, adult bantams will make the same noises as adult large breeds. Maybe a little higher pitch to the crowing.

He may be. How soon do they start clucking?

There's not really a set age that they start. Around 2-3 months they'll start trying to make more "adult" noises usually.
