Are there EGGS in my future? YEAH! WE HAVE AN EGG!!

My Easter Egger Myrtle, (1 of 3) is in there right now. This could be a 2 egg day. Plus, I'll know what color egg she lays as she is in there alone.

My girls are getting ready to lay their first eggs and of course I am eggcited With all the political posturing going on already, I thought maybe they were just trying to cast their votes first....BARACK, BARACK, BARACK

I wish I had saved my first eggs. They are so pretty! If I were you I'd blow them out and make egg ornaments out of them. It's the perfect time of year!

Congrats and such pretty eggs

I know exactly how you feel. We got what I thought was out first egg 2 days ago...nothing yesterday or so I thought and today I caught her in the act of laying an egg. Turns out she had laid a total of 5 over the last week she just hid them. I was so excited this morning I just with mine would sing the egg song so I know when she is done and not hovering over her lol

Here is what I got this morning. One was even still hot lol

lol. I should have saved mine too, although they were covered in some excess "Stuff" gross. But I'll be sure to save ours when we get our new pullets laying.

Yesterday, another blue egg and today another brown one. I really hope this never gets old because right now it feels so special.
