Are there signs to when a turkey will lay?

My girl has begun to just sit. She will jump up on the perches off their inside pen but right when I am not looking she jumps down and just sits in the hay? I never have seen her do this... I searched for eggs but their are none. She hasn't made a nest either just just keeps sitting like a broody would.

Is this signs of eggs coming or is something wrong with her?
