??? I am trying to learn all i can about silkies. I adore them and want to add them to our home. Why does that silkie have a yellow beak? is it a cross or does that happen sometimes? They are both beautiful.

I think they are both cockerels. I have a Roo and Pullet, her comb is not that visible 23 weeks old.

Their mom is a light grey silkie & the Dad a white silkie. Can the females have waddles? They look like they both have the neck feathers developing, that’s why I thought they were Roos?

As you see on my pullet, barely noticeable comb or wattle at 23 weeks.
