They are 3 month old RIR's all bought as pullets. I have one with virtually no comb and she is a bit smaller, so I'm confident she's a hen. Let me know what you think of these 3. Also, these tend to exclude the smaller one...she's always tagging along in the back of the other three.

Cockerel.
Cockerel (middle bird)
Cockerel (middle bird). Pullet (second from left). Not sure on the bird on the far left.

The only one that looks roo is the one in the top picture. You can see his roo saddle feathers easily. The other 2 I'm seeing rounded feathers in the saddle area. Then again I'm not too experienced with that breed and since they have a bit more feathering to do I don't know.....and just now I saw the pullet in that one picture and comparing her to the other 3 the 3 you are asking about all look roo with their wattle/comb development so guessing my post here was fairly pointless..rofl. Sorry.

These birds are only 3 months old. That's the very early end of the range for hackle and saddle feathers, so not having them isn't a big deal right now. What you're looking for are the combs, the leg thickness, overall look, and darker shading on the wings. These three are all males. No female, even a Leghorn girl, has that much comb and color at 3 months.

You should contact the seller and have them make it right. Sexing is usually only 90% guaranteed, but 25% is just ridiculous.
