Are these 8-9 week Welsummer chicks Pullets or Roosters?

We heard someone crowing. The suspects are - 1st 3 photos Dutchie, and 2nd 3 photos Tulip. Thanks for your help.

They are both roosters. Tulip looks more mature so he was probably the one crowing. Better think of new names for Dutchie and Tulip. How about Dusty and Turnip?
