Are these Ameraucana? Cuckoo?

Hey all you experts!
I bought 11 baby chicks from a local backyard breeder in the spring- I was hoping for all hens, but, well you know how that goes....
This one I was told was an Ameraucana (she tried crowing today, so I am thinking, she is a he)

The other photo of the white one is also one she said was an Ameraucana.
Can anyone tell yet?

The bottom photo is of one she told me was a Cuckoo Maran, I bought 2 of those, the other "Cuckoo" turned out looking exactly like the Barred Rocks she sold me.... so...what are your opinions?

I believe the top picture is a rooster. The middle I am saying pullet. Bottom can't really tell for sure, girl maybe.

Top picture is a Easter Egger rooster. Middle would be a EE cross (polish or silkie). Bottom I think is a Barred Rock or cross of.

Yeah I'm disappointed that I didn't get the Cuckoo Marans I thought I paid for...
Especially at 10.00 CAD per chick! Sigh..
So you don't think the top two Ameraucanas? I'm not sure what an easter egger is but it sounds kinda cool.

Easter Egger is a cross of anything with a chicken that carries the blue egg gene, most lay a greenish tinited colored egg but some do lay the blue eggs.

Ameraucana's come in specific colors and lay blue eggs. Thye do not have top knots. They favor some that I have that I purposely crossed together to get the top know on my EE's.

That is possibly a Cuckoo Marans, I not really that good at telling the difference in pictures without the legs showing.

Could be the hatchery Cuckoo Marans, they look clean legged. That is what most hatcheries sell (English version).

top is an ee rooster the middle does look like a polish cross and the cuckoos are cuckoo marans
