They are not Araucana because they do not have tuffs and they have tails. Also their color does not match any listed color of any breed.
They are not Ameraucana because the skin color, leg color, type, and eye color are wrong for the Ameraucana breed. and also feather color does not match any color of any breed.

It depends on circuit and the judges - many people have shown their easter eggers as ameraucanas and the judges didn't know the difference while other judges stick to the ameraucana standards set by the breeders club. People who have raised chickens a generation ago, still consider the hatchery EEs ameraucanas/americanas (as do the hatcheries) and some of the judges.

you can try.
If the judge does not know the standards for Ameraucana then you might get away with it out being DQed. But most APA judges would probability figure out that your birds are not Ameraucana by their color.
There is a difference between most of the "county fair" shows and a real APA show.
Other people seeing EE shown as Ameraucana would make them think that their EE are Ameraucana when they are not. Then again seeing a EE just like theres getting DQed for not being an Ameraucana would have the opposite effect.

Thats just wrong!!! If you want to show Ameraucanas GET Ameraucanas, there is enough desieving in the world.

Actually the standard is NOT set by hte breed club, but by the APA and/or ABA (for bantams). THe breed club can and does give input and recommendations, but hte decision is not theirs.
At APA and/or ABA sanctioned shows judges are REQUIRED to judge by the standard. Some smaller shows and fairs are NOT sanctioned, and judging can vary all over the place. But even small shows and fairs may be sanctioned. Personally, I believe all state and county fairs should be sanctioned shows.
