Save-a-Chick electrolyte solution sachets -- if you cannot get poultry electrolytes, you can use preparations for children [which also contains glucose].

if you can get triple antibiotic ointment that is good -- Neomycin plus 2 other antibiotics. If triple isn't available, Neomycin ointment
I keep a 1ml and a 3 ml plastic syringe in my ducky first aid kit for measuring out calcium gluconate and other medication.
