Are these cockerels?

The gray one I’ve always thought was a boy and the darker one is supposed to be a female but the tails throw me off. To me it looks the other way around?

They’re both pullets. I‘m not sure what you are looking at that makes you think boy?

This is what a female’s tail and saddle feathers looks like, some have lower, rounder or practically no tail. This was my own hen.

How old are they?
I don't see any big male indicators, depending on age. They don't look like their old enough to have male vs female specific saddle feathers.

The gray one Named rocky was a slow feather grower he’s about 10 to 12 weeks but he/she has always been very dominant And rooster like. I have 11 chickens and They all follow rocky and he’s the last one in the coop most of the time and is pretty much the fun police anytime the others are flying around he makes sure to peck them to stop. Also I’ve seen him/her fluff the neck feathers and have stare downs which he always wins. These are my first chickens and I’m hoping they are all girls.

Can you post a full body pic of Rocky in natural lighting? They’re not old enough for sex specific feathering.

The first one you have pics of "not the blue one" is 100% pullet. That's a female specific pattern.

rocky doesn’t have much of a tail but it looks like my confirmed females. And the dark one (Ursula) has a different tail then all the others
