Are these cockrells or pullets???

Looks like a cockerel to me, but it would help to know what breed it is. In some breeds, the hens sport large combs and wattles too. But, that being said, my white Leghorn pullets weren't showing that much head gear at 12 weeks and their combs got so big they'd flop over one eye or the other...

It is a light Sussex.
