Are These Dutch Bantams?

I was told these are Dutch Bantams, is that right?

The pullets are Dutch bantams. The cockerels are black breasted red old English game bantams and a silver duckwing OEGB.

I can’t really see if the pullets have white earlobes

They have slate legs. The earlobes usually take longer to fully color up.
