They don't look at all like calls to me. Maybe 1/2 low quality, but they are CUTE!
It's duck law. No matter what the breed or species, ducks will always be cute. It's, like, mandatory.

maybe half call but they look alot like runners to me
Funny you should say that actually because I was looking at them the other day and they do stand quite straight, but aren't they a lot smaller than 5 week old runners?
How big are they? If they are pretty small then I think would be safe to say they are a mix of call. I would love to see a side shot of them standing. How is the coughing going?
If you handn't brought up the term call duck I would not have guessed that they were supposed to be calls. Their bills are too long and slender, and they lack the general "chubbyness" of a call. Runners often walk with a normal posture, but also frequently show their typical posture, and yours do not have the right shape for runners, they seem a little too short.
But they look great, love their dusky colouring with the light beaks and the grey-blue eyes. How have you acquired them?
What breeds did she have Mc?Thanks from a lady near me.
Sounds like a nice mix of breeds. your babies are adorable. Maybe you have Call/Cayuga that would be coolCalls, mallard x call, Cayuga
