Are these eggs dead?

I have a very broody duck hen who's eggs I finally got a chance to look at. I would say she's been sitting for around the 2 week mark but I feel like most of her eggs have died. why would this be? They mostly look like the photo I attached, full on one side but nothing on the other. is that dead? she also has some that are alive but not that far along maybe 7 days. sorry for the cell phone flash light.
