Next possible hatch is this next week or the week after?

One week from today One of the two 1/22s is wiggling. Rocking now actually. I’ll do a cool down test to see if the second one cools much faster. If so, it’s not alive.

Will be checking the three 1/30 eggs soon. They’re on day 34.

One chick please! Just one would be fantastic.

Willy is still pumping them out I believe todays egg puts her at 26. The wiggling 1/22 egg is still wiggling. The other still hasn’t done anything. Wiggle tested the 3 1/30s and saw one wiggle for sure.

The four eggs, not counting the dud, have been out there for a week or two. He’s been keeping them covered, so there’s still hope in him going broody

Willy also laid another egg today. That’s #27. Sure hope this hatching little one makes it! I didn’t help it at all. Must have hit a blood vessel pushing on the shell.

Amazing! I saw an ad for emu chicks yesterday.. Was hard to not get hooked

I’m still in bed waiting for the alarm to go off. It’s 5:17am and the other half won’t be happy if I wake him up before the alarm does at 5:45.
