Are these French Blue Copper Marans?

I got them from a feed store and couldn’t resist getting some. I have five. 3 lighter gray and 2 black. 4 of the 5 have lightly feathered feet. I have posted one of the lighter grays and one of the black. Are the BCM? If not, any guesses?

They look like blue and black copper Marans to me.
