Are these hackle and saddle feathers rooster-like?

It just had it's first molt. It is 4 to 5 months old. I just started to notice what to me look like hackle and saddle feathers starting to grow in.

Thanks Y'all! That is exactly what I thought. It is my daughter's chicken named Ebony..... Guess it needs re-named Ebenezer LOL
He is so beautiful. sadly we can't have any roosters in our neighborhood so he has to go back to the farm. Good thing is though it is my friends farm so I will get to still see him all the time AND she lets me swap my roosters out for hens. :O)

on a pullet these feathers will be fat and rounded like the body feathers while on a cockerel they are long, slender, and pointed.
