Are these man birds?

I have 2 sapphire splash chicks that grew wattle way faster then my 3rd splash. They also grew tall feathers much slower then the 3rd. What do you think? Roos or hens?

Around 13 weeks! Here's the 3rd bird I'm 100% positive is a she and same age as them

Those are cockerels. The later is a pullet.

Yes, I'd say the first 2 are cockerels. You can see some pointy male feathering coming in. Plus those are pretty big combs for only 13 weeks old.
