Both game hens. Roosters will never ever be that drab, plain overall brown color.

I just got a hen from a friend. Looks exactly like that one! Except mine has muffs. Same thing? The tail does have feather damage.

If there are no roosters present, sometimes hens will grow spurs or crow.

Hens can grow spurs even with roosters present. I have 4 roosters, and 2.5 hens with spurs (1 has only 1, never had 2)
