Are these pullets old enough to be with the rooster?

I have 4 mixed breed pullets that are about 10 weeks old. Are they old enough to be in contact with a 1 year old Sultan rooster? He’s fairly small. Thanks!

Yes. He's not too likely to pester them until they reach point of lay and the instinct to mate with a rooster kicks in. Before then, they will most likely ignore or evade his interest.

Are you integrating these young birds into a flock with said rooster?
If he's a 'good' rooster, he should leave them alone, other than territorial issues.
