May be single combed offspring from Columbian Wyandotte, Columbian Rocks are single combed, there are a great number of Large fowl with the Columbian Pattern and most are clen legged.

The clean, yellow legs and single comb point towards Delawares, but I'm not sure if they are supposed to have that much black on them at that age.

maybe light sussex with some extra black ?? they have more white than my silver sussex but more black than the light sussex

I am not an expert at all on light brahmas but mine dont look like that. They even have a different kind of comb. And very distinct feather markings. Its my 1st experience with them and I only have 3 so I am sorry I am not much help.
