Are these roos?

Good Morning!
These all hatched in mid-to-late November with a friend.
None of them are laying, yet, and I'm beginning to wonder if they aren't because they are all roosters. They are not crowing, but I have 2 roosters that are crowing, so perhaps they are just being drowned out. <By the way, anyone want two known roos?>

Picture 1 - the bird closest to the camera- the one on the ground photo bombing is a known rooster. <Just to clarify :)>
