Are these roos?

My last shipment of chicks was three SS and three Welsummer. I think I got a roo out of each. I suspected the Welsummer was a roo from the get go. Am I wrong? They are the only two that have a reddish comb and have wattles coming in.

P.S. They're 6.5 weeks old.

I would say the first one is a roo, the second one I'm not sure.
