Are these roosters

My chickens are 18 weeks old and straight run variety so my question is are 2 of them roosters

Yes. Well, I'm kidding, since there are no pics at the moment! But if you have suspicious then they are likely correct. At that age there should be a noticeable difference, and even crowing. Bigger combs, bigger waddles, thicker legs, more colorful, and longer hackle/saddle/sickle feathers.

Both look like roosters to me! Sorry!

Both have long, thin, pointed male saddle feathers. They are boys.

I thought they were but everyone says they should be crowing but mine aren't yet

Some cockerels start crowing when they are just a few weeks old, some don't crow until they are over 6 months old. Both extremes and everything in between is completely normal.
