We bought a dozen chicks from Tractor Supply. Raised em up and now they have grown and are free range. Out of the dozen I hear three distinctive crows. I'm wondering if we wound up with all roosters. Heres a picture of some of them. I was told they were Sex link or dominiques? So what do you think, are they roosters?

I believe they are all sex links, in which case they'd have to be cockerels. The reason they'd have to be cockerels, is that in black sex links, the pullets are born black and develop as black birds with reddish or golden heads and necks. Cockerels are born black with a black spot on the top of their head, indicating they carry the barring gene, and develop as lovely barred birds.

Dominques have a rose comb, not a single comb.
