I went to buy some bantams from our local Tractor Supply today for our new Bantam Rooster....(we got him over the weekend at a flock swap) Anyway, was told he'd be alright breeding and adding with our other hens (regular sized chickens) but that is clearly wrong in our experience! Anyway......was wondering what kind of bantams we have? They all have black feet and skin, have feathered feet and have five toes!

You have silkies. My local TSC upon at least two occasions this year has had tubs of silkies labeled 'assorted bantams'.

Yep, that's a silkie. Looks just like mine, I have six little ones right now. Little older than that though. You'll really be able to tell when their crowns come in.

So will they be ok and work well with my Frizzle Bantam Rooster? Or will they be big and pick on him like the others did...poor little guy almost got killed out there lol....I love the silkies! Never have seen any for sale around here though!
Thanks for responding! I'm excited!

silkies are typically very gentle and easy going. If they are girls, they'll be a nice match for your frizzle roo.

They'll do great with your frizzle. They're small so it'll be perfect. We will have 12 bantams and 10 standards in the end. That was my same thoughts on size but they're a little older than the standards in the brooder so it's working pretty well.

Thanks so much! I'm hoping they will do great with him! He's a little scared right now I guess being in a new place and now being separated b/c the other ones beat on him so bad.

I would say just try cooping him close to your others as like a halfway-house type thing. We had to do that a while back with a couple hens. Tried putting them straight in and they got roughed up a little. Worked great once they hung out around each other a little.
