One is white, yes...
I don't think it's partridge. I have 3 silver partridge silkie chicks and they didn't look like that... You will know for sure when the head goes darker

You’re lucky if you can sex silkies by four months that’s why I put maybe in parentheses. It was an attempt at humor. Doesn’t alway translate to text though.

Not in silkies. They take a good few months before deciding to show signs

Partridge comes in many varieties and if the birds are kept in mixed color pens this can dilute the coloring. It can also cause leakage. Does look like some type of partridge though.
